Incorporating sound into self-care—through soothing tones, calming music, or vibrational therapy—can deepen relaxation, reduce stress, and quiet the mind. The resonant frequencies of sound gently support the body’s natural healing processes, promote better sleep, and help release tension stored in the body.
Sound sessions are self-care practices creating a holistic experience that fosters inner peace, emotional balance, and a renewed sense of vitality.
Note that unless otherwise specified, all Individual sessions are held in-person in Rochester at Hermitage Farm Health and Wellness Center.
