Soul-cial Circles is offered as a gentle, body-centered practice rooted in a lifelong understanding of connection and self-care—shaped through lived relational roles as mother, sister, aunt, and friend, and deepened by years of experience as a mental health provider and educator.
Grounded in a somatic approach, each experience invites awareness of the body’s internal landscape, using sound and vibrational tools to support regulation of the nervous system and attunement to subtle sensation.
Sessions are thoughtfully held to encourage balance across emotional, physical, spiritual, and social dimensions of well-being.

HI, I’M CONNIE.
Soul-cial Circles was born from a lifelong devotion to connection—felt in the body, nurtured in relationship, and carried through every season of life.
My path has been shaped by over 30 years of holding space for both adults and children, alongside my own lived experience as a mother, sister, aunt, and friend. Through it all, I have come to trust the quiet wisdom of the body—how it holds our stories, our grief, our joy, and our capacity to heal.
Rooted in somatic awareness and supported by training in mindfulness, sound and vibrational practices, and integrative wellness, my work gently invites the nervous system to soften… to settle… to remember its natural rhythm of balance and restoration.
I began my career as a mental health practitioner, supporting individuals through anxiety, pain, trauma, and life transitions. Today, that work continues in a more embodied way—offering spaces where you are not asked to fix or explain, but simply to arrive… to feel… and to be met with care.
Growing up in an Italian American family on the East Coast, I was surrounded by the warmth of gathering—shared meals, laughter, closeness, and a deep sense of belonging. I also carry the imprint of early loss, including the passing of a parent at a young age. These experiences live within me not just as memories, but as sensations—shaping how I listen, how I hold space, and how I honor both tenderness and resilience in others.
From this weaving of personal and professional experience, Soul-cial Circles takes form.
Each offering is a circle of care—an invitation to come home to yourself. Through sound, vibration, and gentle, body-centered practices, we create space for the breath to deepen, for the edges to soften, and for the body to rest into a sense of safety and support.
Sound Soother, a singing bowl sound bath, is my signature group experience—where we gather in community and allow the frequencies of sound to guide us into stillness, connection, and shared presence.
I also offer individual sessions, intuitively tailored to your unique needs, weaving together sound, Reiki, tuning forks, vibroacoustic therapy, and other supportive modalities. Whether in private sessions or shared gatherings, each experience is shaped with care, intention, and deep respect for your body’s timing.
My journey with sound began in a school setting, witnessing how vibration could gently calm overwhelmed nervous systems and bring a sense of ease to both children and adults. That moment of recognition—of the body’s ability to shift through sensation—became the foundation for everything that followed.
Since then, I have continued to deepen my practice through advanced training in integrative health, sound and vibrational therapies, Reiki, and vibroacoustic work. I received a Certificate in Integrative Health Interventions, and Reiki Mastery level from the University of Minnesota, CMA sound and vibrational energy work certifications, including Level 3 Advanced Sound and Vibrational Therapies Certification, Fascia Practitioner Certification and Somatic Coaching Certification from Meditate School of Mindfulness & Sound, Level 2 Sound Healing Certificate from Life Changing Energy, and VAT, Vibroacoustic Therapy Certification from Vibroacoustic Therapy International with Kate Kunkel.

In a Good Vibrations session, singing bowls are gently placed on or around the body, allowing vibration to be felt deeply within. The sound moves through you, inviting your nervous system to soften, your breath to deepen, and your body to settle into a more restorative state.
In a Sound-Infused Reiki Restoration session, subtle energy work is woven together with soothing frequencies of sound. Together, they create a nurturing field of support — encouraging balance, spaciousness, and gentle re-attunement to your natural rhythm.
Each solo session is thoughtfully tailored to your body, your story, and your present needs. There is no one-size-fits-all approach here — only careful listening, intuitive guidance, and respect for your timing.
I remain devoted to ongoing learning, integrating research-informed, body-centered practices that honor both science and the lived wisdom of experience.

The Barn at Hermitage Farm
Our mission is to create a space where people can come to relax, connect, and rejuvenate their souls.
We offer a unique blend of sound, energy and vibrational sessions, from group sound bath experiences with crystal singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and other sound instruments, to individual experiences combining reiki and sound, self-care coaching, and vibroacoustic sessions.
Our Solo Sessions, are personalized individual experiences, based on your needs, using Reiki and sound, vibroacoustic devices and a variety of sound instruments such as gongs, chimes, Tibetan bowls and drums to soothe.
Private group sound soothers, in my space or yours, are also available. Soul-cial Circles has participated in health and wellness conferences, corporate wellness events, retreats, meditation open house events and even milestone birthdays.
Most public group and individual solo sessions are held at beautiful Hermitage Farm Center for Healing, where beauty and tranquility abound.
